Swoon Thursday (3)
Wohoo! It's Thursday, which means, it's time to get our Swoon on. :D SWOON Thursday is hosted by YA Bound.
If you would like to take part in this hot & fun meme, here are the rules:
From the book you’re currently reading, or one you just finished, tell us what made you SWOON. What got your heart pounding, your skin tingling, and your stomach fluttering.
Shout it out on Twitter with the hashtag #YABound, post it here in the comments, or grab the steamy button above and share it on your blog. We want to know!
This week, I decided to reread
just because it's one hell of a book. The swoon moments in this book are too many--All have to do with Étienne.
So here is my swoon:
"If you ask me to kiss you, I will," he says.
His fingers stroke the inside of my wrists, and I burst into flames.
"Kiss me," I say.
He does.
We are kissing like crazy. Like our lives depend on it. His tongue Slips inside my mouth, gentle but demanding, and it's nothing like I've ever experienced, and I suddenly understand why peopledescribe kissing as melting because every square Inch of my body dissolves into his. My fingers grip his hair, pulling him closer. My veins throb and my heart explodes. I have never wanted anyone like this before. Ever.
He pushes me backward and we're lying down, making out in front of the children with their balloons and the old men with their chess sets and tourists with the laminated maps and I don't care, I don't care about any of that.
All Iwant is Étienne.
The next section:
I want to breathe him, lick him, eat him, drink him. His lips taste like honey. His face has the slightest bit of stubble and it rubs my skin but I don't care, I don't care at all. He feels wonderful. His hands are everywhere, and it doesn't matter that his mouth is already on top of mine, I want him closer closer closer.
WOW! **takes a deep breath.*
So what's your SWOON? Please leave your link on the comments section and I will make sure to drop by.
