I'm so excited to be taking part ing Spellbinding Fun Blog Hop, to celebrate the release of Janice Horton's How Do You Voodoo. I'm supposed to write a spell. After sitting down, and flipping through my Book Of Wish Spells, I retrieved one of my favourites. Avoid The Winter Chill Spell. - It's already chilly here in Vienna, so yeah, it's quite useful :)
Mix the following ingredients in a cobalt spun glass bowl:
Fire Dragon's flame (very tricky, but if you can manage to trap a sliver of it, it's awesome)
A vial of Cat's breath (This might be tricky as well, Cats are not as lenient as dogs)
A drop of Schnaps
1/2 cup of Pure spring water
A drop of lavender
5 Drops of early morning dew
Pixie dust.
Leave it to rest for about 30 minutes, and Voila! It's ready.
Do you have a spell to keep you warm during Winter? Share, share please.
This is such a useful spell - it's getting really cold in Scotland now too. It's going to be below zero C tonight and so if your spell works Cecila - please let me know - it could save me a fortune in heating bills!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for being so much fun today!
love, Janice xx

Here's my spell to keep warm:
ReplyDeleteOne log fire,
One glass, no bottle, of Rioja,
One plateful of roast turkey,
One Christmas tree, brightly lit,
One husband to sit beside,
One tableful of grown-up children,
What more could you want?
Grandchildren?
Thanks, but Schnaps will have to do. Not many dragons in these parts. hehehe

emaginette
Schnaps is hot enough on its own.. :D I have an extra vial of dragon flame. :) let me kow if you need
That is quite a powerful spell you've worked up! I've got most of the ingredients, but the cat's being stubborn so I'm off to find some tuna to soften her up!
ReplyDeleteGreat to be back from my blogging break. Love this time of year and a Voodoo book is a great way to kick off the Halloween season.
I think that's a potion not a spell -- of course I'm using the show "Charmed" as my basis for judgment, so who knows? lol
ReplyDeleteYour parenthetical comments in the recipe are really funny! :-D
Lee,
ReplyDeleteLOL..cats can be hard to convince. Hope that tuna works magic on her. Welcome back from the break:)
Lexa,
Ohh I love Charmed as well. snap! I forgot to add the instructions that once one prepares this, they have to twirl three times, chanting, "Let the warmth hold me in its embrace" :D hahah glad you enjoyed reading the comments
I'm scared (lol).
